Hi All,

AB 2005 is dead for 2026. 

The power of all of us sending several hundred letters between noon Sunday and noon Monday can’t be overstated.  Thank you all, we managed to block this bill’s progress.

We will need to stay vigilant next year.  Updates later on our local issues but for now SB 9 isn’t going to be the tool LLCs wanted to make it.
